My husband and I share an extra bedroom as an art studio/office/music room/gaming room. I use this table for my leather work and my drawing. I usually tape my work to a board using high quality painter's edging tape because it doesn't tear the paper. I don't have fantastic lighting in here, but it works for now. You can see the hand held vacuum I use for charcoal dust and the small trashcan I use for pencil shavings.
I have this amazing solid oak 1930's cabinet in which I keep my art and sewing supplies. I have filled almost every drawer. I made the drawer labels from 1890's sheet music so the paper wouldn't be newer than the cabinet. I keep my leather work supplies in the small set of drawers on top of the wood cabinet. You can see the originals I gave my husband framed on the wall.
I have always wanted an art studio and I love this one.
